Customer & Shipper Notice

Dear Valued Customers and Shipping Partners,
At Purposeful Logistics Corp., we are committed to delivering reliable, secure, and efficient shipping services across all our supply chains. This notice serves to outline important information regarding your responsibilities and our policies as we continue to
handle your logistics with care and purpose.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Accurate Information: Customers are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date shipping details, including item descriptions, declared values, dimensions, and delivery addresses.
2. Customs & Duties: All customs clearance documents must be completed accurately. The customer is responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import/export requirements.
3. Packaging Standards: Please ensure all items are securely and appropriately packaged. We are not responsible for damages caused by insufficient or non-compliant packaging unless explicitly contracted.
4. Prohibited Goods: Customers must not ship items prohibited by local, national, or international laws (e.g., hazardous materials, contraband, counterfeit goods). Violations may lead to shipment seizure and legal liability.
SHIPPER RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Timely Handover: Shipments must be ready for pickup or delivery at the agreed- upon time. Delays may incur additional fees or service adjustments.
2. Proper Labeling: All shipments must be labeled clearly and legibly with the destination address, contact information, and any handling instructions.
3. Compliance with Law: Shippers are responsible for complying with all local and international shipping regulations, including export documentation and commodity declarations.
LIABILITY & CLAIMS
• Loss & Damage: We exercise reasonable care in handling all shipments. However, unless additional insurance is purchased, our liability is limited in accordance with standard logistics and freight terms.
• Claims Process: Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 10 days of delivery (or expected delivery date), accompanied by appropriate documentation (photos, receipts, bills of lading).
• Insurance: Additional cargo insurance is available upon request.
COMMUNICATION & TRACKING
• Shipment Tracking: Customers may track their shipments via our customer portal. Updates are provided in real-time.
